摘　　要：根据HXD1型机车制动系统的使用需要,介绍了机车风源系统自动除水除油装置的设计,并且引入了装车验证的效果。阐述了该装置的工作流程及其匹配特性,使得该除水除油装置能够满足ISO 8573-1标准的机车风源系统空气质量要求。系统的介绍了该自动除水除油装置的研制过程。According to the critical requirement of brake system of HXD1locomotive,the automatic venting system of oil ＆ water system is introduced in this paper from it’s design period to the equipping period to the AGTU system.Described the workflow and matching characteristics of the device,making the water removal and degreasing device able to meet the air quality ISO 8573-1standard of locomotive air source system.The paper systematically introduces the development process of the device.
