摘　　要：Survivin是凋亡抑制蛋白家族的新成员,也是目前发现的最强的凋亡抑制蛋白。其具有抑制细胞凋亡,促进细胞转化,参与细胞的有丝分裂、血管生成和肿瘤细胞耐药性的产生等作用。以往关于survivin的研究主要集中于恶性肿瘤领域,其可通过抑制肿瘤细胞的凋亡在肿瘤形成中发挥作用。近期的研究表明,survivin也可以通过抑制炎性细胞的凋亡而在炎症中发挥作用,survivin在活跃的炎症疾病中呈高水平表达。通过研究survivin与急性胰腺炎(AP)发病机制的关系,可以为AP的某些临床问题的解决提供新思路和新手段。Survivin is a new member of inhibitor of apoptosis protein, which is also currently found the strongest inhibitor of apoptosis protein. It can inhibit apoptosis ,promotes cell transformation and participate in mitosis ,angiogenesis and tumor cell drug resistance effect. The past research about survivin focused mainly on malignant tumors, which was its important role in tumor formation through inhibiting tumor cell apoptosis. Re- cent studies show that survivin can also inhibit the inflammatory cell apoptosis, which keeps on a high level expression in active inflammatory disease. Study on the relationship between survivin and pathogenesis of a- cute panereatitis（AP） can orovide new ideas and means to resolve certain clinical problems of AP.
