摘　　要：高能量损伤常导致开放性骨折,尤其在胫腓骨、手部,若合并软组织较大缺损,污染严重,未及时或未正确处理,则导致感染化脓,甚至败血症,给治疗带来困难。创面负压封闭引流技术是近年来研究兴起的新式引流方法,通过一种透明的密封贴膜将引流管包裹在创面内,将引流管连接到负压泵,发挥清创和创面愈合的作用。Open fractures are often caused by high-energy injuries, especially on tibial fibular and hands, which may result in serious purulent infection, even septicemia, if in combination with soft tissue defect, serious pollution and untimely or incorrect treatment, bringing difficulties to the treatment. Vacuum sealing drainage is a new way of drainage rising in recent years, i. e. a drainage tube wrapped in wound by a transparent sealing paster connects to the negative pressure pump playing a debridement and wound healing role.
