摘　　要：莫沙必利在临床被广泛用于各种胃肠道动力疾病的治疗,同时对一些胃肠道以外的疾病,如糖尿病、呼吸机相关性肺炎、新生儿黄疸、帕金森病等亦有一定的治疗效果。现总结近年来国内外文献报道的莫沙必利在胃肠道以外疾病中的研究结果,为莫沙必利在非胃肠动力疾病中的应用提供参考。Mosapride is effective not only for disease of the gastrointestinal tract but also for those other than gastrointestinal tract such as diabetes mellitus, ventilator associated pneumonia, neonatal jaundice, Par- kinson disease and so on. Here is to make a summary of recent domestic and oversea literatures on mosapride application in diseases other than the gastrointestinal tract disease, to provide reference for application.
