摘 要:目的探讨介入治疗中X线电离辐射对先天性心脏病患儿的脂质过氧化损伤及抗氧化功能的影响。方法抽取2010年6月至2011年8月接受先天性心脏病介入诊疗的患儿67例,分别测定先天性心脏病患儿术前、术后2 h血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果先天性心脏病患儿术后2 h SOD活力(114.3±14.7)U/mL低于术前(133.6±18.6)U/mL;MAD含量(3.5±1.0)μmol/ml显著高于术前(3.1±1.0)μmol/mL,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。随着照射剂量的增加,SOD活力有逐渐下降的趋势,呈显著负相关(r=-0.68,P<0.05),同时MDA含量有逐渐上升的趋势,呈显著正相关(r=0.75,P<0.05)。结论介入治疗中X线可能使先天性心脏病患儿体内产生过多的自由基,造成机体的过氧化损伤。因此,临床应用中应加强对患儿介入治疗的保护。Objective To explore the lipid peroxidation damage caused by the X-ray radiation and anti-ox- idative active substance in intervention on pediatric patients with congenital heart disease. Methods 67 cases receiving cardiovascular interventional treatment were collected randomly from June 2010 to August 2011 in our hospital. The serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content 2 hours before and after interventional operation were detected separately in pediatric patients. Results Patients'(2 hours af- ter interventional therapy)SOD activity( 114.3 ± 14.7 ) U/mL is lower than the preoperative( 133.6 ± 18.6 ) U/mL; MDA content(3.5 ± 1.0) μraol/mL is higher than the preoperative(3.1 ± 1.0) μmol/mL. The differ- ence was signifieant(P 〈 0.05 ). With the radiation doses increased, SOD activity had a gradually downward trend displaying a siguifieant negative correlation( r = - 0.68 ,P 〈0.05 ) ; MDA content had a gradually upward trend displaying a significant positive correlation ( r = 0.75, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion X-ray radiation of inter- ventional therapy may cause an excess of oxygen free radical in pediatric patients with congenital heart disease, which could cause pediatric patients' anti-oxidative system disorders and health damages. So protection of inter- ventional theranv to nediatrie natient~ should he glren^hened in clinic.
