摘 要:目的:探讨金匮肾气丸对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠血清瘦素的影响。方法:40只SD大鼠采用高脂高糖饲料喂养3周,小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射诱导2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠,随机分为模型组、二甲双胍组、肾气丸高剂量组、肾气丸低剂量组4组,每组10只。另设正常组10只,饲以普通饲料。给药6 w后处死大鼠,末次给药后禁食12 h,检测空腹血糖(FBG)、血清胰岛素(FINS)、血清瘦素(LEP),计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果:与正常组比较,模型组空腹血糖、血清胰岛素水平、HOMA-IR、血清瘦素水平均明显增高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,二甲双胍组、肾气丸高、低剂量组空腹血糖、血清胰岛素水平、HOMA-IR、血清瘦素水平均明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:金匮肾气丸可降低LEP、HOMA-IR,增强胰岛素的敏感性。Objective:To study the effects of Jingui Shenqi pill on Leptin in rats with type 2 diabetes. Methods:40 SD rats were fed with high fat and sugar for 3 weeks,type 2 diabetes model rats of insulin resistant induced by intraperitoneal injection of Streptozotocin( STZ )were randomly divided into model group, metformin group, Shenqi pill high dose group, Shenqi pill low dose group(n=lO). 10 rats were selected as normal group.The rats were itragastrically administrated for 6 w,then rats were sacrificed.Fasting blood-glucose (FBG),fasting insul (FINS),Leptin (LEP)were detected,and homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance (HOMA-IR)was calculated. Results:Compared with normal group,the FBG,FINS,LEP level and HOMA-IR were significantly increased in modal group(P〈0.O1 ). Compared with model group ,FBG,FINS ,LEP level and HOMA-IR were significantly decreased in mefformin group,Shenqi pill high dose group, Shenqi pill low dose group (P〈0.05, P〈O.O1). Conclusion:Jingui Shenqi pill can reduce LEP and HOMA-IR,increase insulin sensitivity in rats with type 2 diabetes.
