活络效灵丹颗粒成型工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:筛选最佳的活络效灵丹颗粒剂成型工艺条件。方法:采用单因素考察方法,以颗粒流动性、溶化性、吸湿性等为评价指标,筛选出处方中加入辅料的种类及最佳的成型工艺条件。结果:确定最佳成型工艺条件为药粉与乳糖的比例为17∶13,用95%乙醇溶液制颗粒。结论:确立活络效灵丹颗粒的成型工艺合理、可行。Objective：To determine the optimum preparation technology of Huoluoxiaolingdan granules. Methods：The single- factor study was adopted and mobility,solubility,hydroseopicity of granules were taken as indices in observation.The type of adjuvant was selected and optimum preparation technology was determined. Result： Lactose was selected as adjuvant.The ratio of medicine powder and lactose was 17：13.95% ethanol was selected as solvent. Conclusion：The optimum molding process is reasonable and feasible.
