摘　　要：预测过程中新旧历史数据对预测结果的影响程度不同,基于新旧历史数据对预测模型的影响程度不同给出时间权重的概念,着重探讨并给出了确定时间权重应该满足的条件,并基于所给时间权重建立了组合权重确定模型,最后通过实证仿真分析得到考虑新旧历史数据的影响能有效地提高组合预测的精度。The new and historical data had the different effects to the forecasting outcome in the forecasting process,the time weight concept based on the new and historical data on the prediction model has different effects are given,the time weight should satisfy the conditions are discussed and given,and based on the given time weight established the combination weight determination model,finally through the empirical simulation analysis considering the effect of new and historical data can effectively improve the precision of combination forecast.
