摘　　要："义"指的是对公利和他人利益以及精神需要的重视,"利"则是指个人合理的物质利益。由于二者在内涵上的相对和互补,义利冲突问题是每个大学生人生道路上不可避免的问题。将"义"和"利"与大学生的价值进行比较就会发现,重义轻利的价值观才是当代大学生应该坚持的。＂Righteousness＂ refers to the attention of the public interests and the interests of others as well as spiritual needs. ＂Profit＂ refers to the individual reasonable material interests. As the relative and complementary on both of the connotation, the problem of Righteousness conflict is inevitable on the life road of every college student. When compared with the value of college students produced by ＂Righteousness＂ with ＂profit＂, we will find that to value justice above material gains is that the contemporary college students should insisted.
