生脉丹咀嚼片对大鼠急性心肌缺血的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察生脉丹咀嚼片对冠脉结扎及垂体后叶素致大鼠心肌缺血模型的影响。方法:给予生脉丹咀嚼片7d后,采用结扎左冠状动脉复制大鼠急性心肌梗死模型,TTC染色后计算梗死心肌占心室的百分比;采用垂体后叶素注射致大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,观察给予生脉丹咀嚼片7d后对造模后心电图ST、T波的影响。结果:生脉丹咀嚼片各剂量组均可以不同程度地降低心肌梗死范围,差异具有统计学(P<0.05);生脉丹咀嚼片各剂量组能减少大鼠心电图的T波和ST段在给予垂体后叶素30s内的上抬幅度,和模型组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:生脉丹咀嚼片对大鼠急性心肌缺血具有一定的保护作用。Objective：To observe the cardioprotective effect of Shengmaidan Chewable tablets on rats with acute myocardial ischemia induced. Methods：The acute myocardial ischemia model was induced by ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery at the distal one third segment in opened chest rats. The infarct area showed by TI＇C stain after ligation. The I1-lead electrocardiogram examined the myocardial injury model induced by pituitrin. Results： Compared with model group, all groups using different dosage Shengmaidan Chewable tablets could reduce the area of myocardial infarction （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Furthermore, three dosage of Shengmaidan Chewable tablets lowered the elevation of S-T segment and the amplitude of T wave in the electrocardiograms of rats. Conclusion： Shengmaidan Chewable tablets has obvious protective effect against acute myocardial ischemia in rats.
