摘　　要：农业高新技术产业的高投入、高风险和高收益的特征,决定其与风险投资的共生融合性。但是,目前我国制约了农业风险投资发展的主要问题是:缺乏成熟的农业风险投资队伍;关于风险投资的法律制度缺失;投资主体单一,投资规模小;缺乏多层次的资本市场。文章针对性地提出了切实的建议。Agricultural high-tech industries are featured by high input, high risks and high yields, and determines their symbiotic integration with risk investments. However, China is still in the primary stage of a market economy development and to meet the requirements of economic development related to the system construction lags behind, which restricts the development of venture capital in agriculture. This paper proposes that the agricultural venture capital operation be regularized, personnel training be strengthened, legal investment environment and financing system be improved.
