跨越式发展下新疆循环经济发展的若干问题研究

摘　　要：发展循环经济是新疆加快转变经济发展方式,增强可持续发展能力,实现跨越发展的重要着力点。新疆在不断努力发展循环经济的时候,也暴露出四大制约因素,即:全区能源资源消耗的刚性需求强劲;传统高碳产业比重大,结构转型困难;循环经济技术体系不完备;相关政策体系不完备。针对这些问题,文章提出了对策性建议。Circular economy, a new type of economy created by the human beings after they have reflected upon the relationship between economic development and nature, and the trend of world economic developments. Developing a circular economy is the important point of changing the mode of economic development and achieving the sustainable economic and social development. After expounding the situation of the circular economy development in Xinjiang, this paper analyzes the restricting factors and puts forward suggestions on accelerating the circular economy development.
