摘　　要：民族地区农村基层党组织建设受多方面因素的影响,如党支部在村里有边缘化、弱化的倾向,"一肩挑"在现实中存在的问题,村干部的行政工作与收入、养老、农业生产的问题等。社会转型期边疆农村基层党组织建设需要关注党组织自身建设,做好少数民族工作,将党员学习制度同农业生产更好地结合,加强党组织的凝聚力,从各方面解决现实问题,加强民族地区农村基层党组织建设。The CPC organ development in ethnic areas is restrained by many factors, such as the marginalization of CPC committees, the adminstration of village leaders and their income, pension and production. In the time of social transformation, basic CPC organ construction must focus on their own development, better handle ethnic minority work, better combine CPC member study with agricultural work, and strengthen CPC cohesiveness and the construction of CPC organ in rural areas.
