摘　　要：目的:评价"改良大隐静脉剥脱器+静脉留置针"腔内电凝治疗大隐静脉曲张合并足靴区溃疡的治疗及效果。方法:分析"改良大隐静脉剥脱器+静脉留置针"腔内电凝治疗大隐静脉曲张合并足靴区溃疡的器械应用及手术操作过程。结果:"改良大隐静脉剥脱器+静脉留置针"腔内电凝治疗大隐静脉曲张合并足靴区溃疡减少应用抗生素时间,缩短手术及住院时间。结论:"改良大隐静脉剥脱器+静脉留置针"腔内电凝治疗大隐静脉曲张合并足靴区溃疡安全、美观、疗效确切。Objective：To assess the effect of intracavity stripper ~ venous indwelling needle＂ on treating saphenous electrocoagulation with ＂modelled saphenous vein vein varicosity complicated with ulcer of foot and ankle. Methods：To analyze the equipmental application and the surgical procedures of treating saphenous vein varicosity complicated with ulcer of foot and ankle using intracavity electrocoagulation with ＂modefied saphe- nous vein stripper -t- venous indwelling needle＂. Results： The intracavity electrocoagulation with ＂modefied saphenous vein stripper-t-venous indwelling needle＂ used to treat saphenous vein varicosity complicated with ul- cer of foot and ankle can reduce the time of taking antibiotic, shorten the operating time and hospital stays. Conclusion：The intracavity electrocoagulation with ＂modefied saphenous vein stripper＋venous indwelling nee- dle＂ used to treat saphenous vein varicosity complicated with ulcer of foot and ankle is safe, beautiful and effec- tive.
