地菊平肝胶囊合硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察地菊平肝胶囊的降压作用。方法:选取确诊的原发性高血压病患者60例,随机分为两组,分别纳入地菊平肝胶囊治疗组30例,口服地菊平肝胶囊及硝苯地平控释片;对照组30例,口服地菊平肝模拟胶囊及硝苯地平控释片。1疗程8周后,观察治疗后谷峰比值(TPR)、平滑指数(SI)和降压效果。结果:疗程结束后,治疗组降压效果较对照组无明显差异,而谷峰比值(TPR)、平滑指数(SI)较对照组均大,统计分析有显著差异。结论:地菊平肝胶囊具有平稳降压使血压稳定的作用。Objective： To observe the curative effect of Capsule of Di-ju Ping-gan on hypertension. Methods： 60 cases with definite diagnosis of primary hypertension were divided into two groups randomly. 30 cases in treat-ment group were treated with Capsule of Di2ju Ping-gan and nifedipine controlled-release tablets. And the other 30 ones in control group were treated with simulating Capsule of Di-ju Ping-gan and nifedipine controlled-release tab-lets. After one treatment course of 8 weeks Trough-Peak Ratio （TPR）, Smoothness Index （SI） and the curative effect were observed and compared. Results： After treatment there was not significant difference between the two groups on stepping down blood pressure. But TPR and SI showed significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion： Capsule of Di-ju Ping-gan has good effect of stepping down blood pressure steadily.
