摘　　要：透析患者自我管理评价工具对于衡量自我管理水平有着极其重要的作用．为使医务人员更好地了解和使用相关工具，本文从透析患者自我管理的内涵与任务、评价工具现状、评价意义及注意事项等方面对透析患者自我管理评价工具的研究进展进行综述。Evaluation tools of dialysis patients＇ self - management have an extremely important role to evaluate the level of self - management in dialysis patients. In aspect of self - management intension and tasks, the development condition of an evaluation scale for self -management behavior, the evaluation meaning, and points for attention in dialysis patients, this article reviewed self- management evaluation tools to select and use tools properly for health care workers.
