摘　　要：主要采用三轮Delphi法,将我国公共体育服务体系的结构分为3层10要素(产品),其中核心层是体育场地设施;将10种产品又细化为20项具体的服务项目指标,建立了我国公共体育服务项目标准。Delphi method is adopted in the paper to divide the structure of China~ public sports service system into 10 elements of three layers （ products）, among which the core layer is sports venues and facilities. The 10 products are further refined as 20 concrete services indexes to establish China＇ s public sports service standard.
