摘　　要：通过对六安有线宽带业务流程调研与分析,运用Workflow和SMS技术,实现了一个基于C/S架构的、与SMS短信平台无缝集成的有线宽带管理系统,以期实现对宽带业务的有效处理,提高工单作业调度的执行效率和准确度。This paper is on the basis of the investigation and analysis to Luan cable broadband business processes. It attempts to achieve a Cable Broadband Management System based on C/S architecture and integrated seamlessly with the SMS platform, using the Workflow and SMS technology to deal effectively with the broadband services and improve work efficiency in the implementation and accuracy.
