摘　　要：目的通过参加微生物质控考核了解我们实验室细菌鉴定能力。方法回顾分析2010年参加由铁道部劳卫司组织的全路疾控所微生物质控考核,对5株盲样菌进行鉴定。结果鉴定结果为金黄色葡萄球菌、副溶血性弧菌、小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌、福氏志贺菌2a、肠炎沙门菌,上报结果全部正确。结论室间质控考核是对检验人员技能及室内质控状况的一种检验,是能力验证,能最有效的消除偏差提高检测水平。Objective To analysis the ability of our laboratory＇s identification of bacteria through attending the quality control of microorganisms.Methods To review the examination organized by Minisstry of Railway of the quality control of microorganisms of the railway department at 2012,to identification the 5 strain blind sample bateria.Results The identification was the Staphylococcus aureus,Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Yersinia enterocolitica,Shigella 2a,Salmonella enteritidis.The reporst were correct.Conclusion the examination of the quality control between laboratory was well to the inspection technicist and the quality control condition in laboratory detecting,proficiency testing.
