摘　　要：运用问卷调查和文献资料等方法,探析了杭州商业性健身俱乐部健身教练现状、存在问题、影响发展的主要因素,据此提出相应的对策和建议。Based on questionnaires and relevant data,the research is conducted on the fitness instructors in Hangzhou commercial fitness clubs,focusing on their current situations,existing problems,the main factors hindering their further development and the relevant countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.
