摘　　要：很多大厦在交付后,没有重视消防系统的运行维护,使得很多设备不能完全达到设计功能,在发生火灾时,不能发挥应有的作用。文章从自动报警系统、喷淋消防系统、维修人员的管理等方面,对消防系统的维护、保养和测试的重点进行阐述。After many buildings are put into service, due to the neglection of preservation of the fire protection system, a lot of facilities can not realize the function of design. When the fire occurs, some of them can not be put into use as expected. According to several years working experience, the paper explains the key points of the protection, maintenance and testing of fire protection system in three aspects： automatic fire alarm system, sprinkler systems and management of maintenanceman.
