固色剂FZ-1的制备及应用工艺

摘　　要：以四乙烯五胺、环氧氯丙烷及三乙胺为主要原料,制备了无醛固色剂FZ-1,并将其应用于染色后锦纶织物的固色整理,通过对固色剂用量、pH值、固色温度、固色时间、焙烘温度及焙烘时间等条件的研究,优化出最佳固色工艺,即固色剂用量为60g/L,固色液pH值为6,温度为70℃,时间为30min,焙烘温度为110℃,焙烘时间为3min.经固色整理后的染色锦纶织物,湿摩擦牢度达到3级,皂洗牢度达到4级,干摩擦牢度可达到4级以上.Formaldehyde-free color-fixing agent FZ-1 is synthesized with tetraethylene pentamine（TEPA）,epichlorohydrin（ECH） and triethylamine（TEA） as main materials.The reaction conditions of the process including the usage of color-fixing agent,pH,fixation temperature and time,baking temperature and baking time,etc.The optimal fixing conditions are as follows：the usage of fixation is 60g/L,the pH value is 6,the fixation temperature and time is respectively 70℃ and 30min,the baking temperature and time is separately 110℃ and 3min.The dry,wet and soaping fastness of the dyery nylon are respectively 3 grades,4 grades and over 4 grades.
