摘  要:归纳总结目前已有的离心泵蜗壳参数化三维造型的思路,根据离心泵蜗壳二维水力设计方法,选用UG/Open为二次开发工具,在VC++6.0编程环境下,开发出由离心泵原始设计参数直接生成蜗壳实体模型的参数化三维造型程序.该程序利用外界的输入参数更改模板文件中的表达式,进而更新模板生成新的实体模型.以离心泵SM73-100-20为研究对象,对同一个叶轮建立2种不同的蜗壳模型,一种利用本程序建立,另一种采用常规建模的方法建立,利用CFD软件分别模拟这2种模型在不同工况下的性能.结果显示2个模型的性能曲线吻合程度良好,经实例检验结果表明:该程序在工程设计中的应用具有可行性和有效性.The parameterized 3-D modeling ideas available for modeling of centrifugal pump volutes were summarized. According to 2-D hydraulic design method of centrifugal pump volutes and using UG/Open as secondary development tool in VCA++6. 0 programming environment, a parameterized 3-D modeling program of centrifugal pump volutes was developed, in which the original design parameters of centrifugal pump could be used to generate directly an entity model of the volute, by using the expression in the modi- fying template file for external input parameters to update the template, taking centrifugal pump SM73- 100-20. as investigation object, two different volute models were set up for the same impeller: one being set up by the program proposed and the other being set up by conventional method. Their performance was simulated with CFD in different working conditions. Numerical simulation showed that their perform- ance curves matched very well. It was shown by experimental checking indicate that the program was fea- sible and effective in engineering design.
