跨地区产学研平台构建之探索——以嘉兴学院和海翔药业为例

摘　　要：从嘉兴学院和浙江海翔药业股份有限公司两家单位的实际情况出发,详细研究两个单位各自的优势和需求,采用SWOT法分析双方共赢的合作切入点,由此提出较为合理的产学研平台的构建模式,并就其特点进行深入讨论。同时总结出共建该类产学研平台时所应遵循的一般指导性原则以及此类平台的发展路径。：This paper investigates the advantage and the requirement of Jiaxing University and Hisoar Pharmaceutical based on their actual situations, and the entry point of a win-- win cooperation between the two parties was found by SWOT analysis. On this basis, it introduces a reasonable mode of the cross--regional industry--university--research platform and discusses its characteristics in depth. In addition, it summarizes guiding principles for the construction of cross region research platform which could provide help to the similar collaboration.
