摘　　要：本研究根据GenBank已发表PRRSV N基因序列和PPV NP2基因序列,设计2对引物,在单一PCR基础上,对多重PCR反应条件进行了优化,初步研究了一种PRRS与PPV多重PCR检测方法,即通过一次PCR反应,可同时扩增出PRRSV 202bp和PPV 751bp的特异性片段,该方法适合于PRRSV和PPV联合检测和鉴别诊断,具有较高的实用价值,为临床进一步研究提供参考。According to PRRSV N and PPV NP2 gene sequences in GenBank, 2 pairs of primers were designed, based on single PCR, multiplex PCR conditions were optimized, detection method of multiplex PCR on PRRS and PPV was studied, that is to say, through once PCR reaction, amplified specific fragment of PRRSV 202bp and PPV 751bp. This method adapts to combined detection and differential diagnosis of PRRSV and PPV, which possesses practical value, and provides reference for clinical research.
