摘　　要：目的了解HIV／AIDS患者心理卫生服务需求状况，为开展HIV／AIDS患者心理卫生服务工作提供依据。方法选择疾控系统在管的HIV／AIDS患者为研究对象，进行现场问卷调查。结果不同年龄段的HIV／AIDS患者对心理卫生服务的总体需求存在显著差异（x2=17．9，P〈0．01）；不同文化程度患者在是否选择“心理咨询”（x2=11．45，P〈0．05）、“医院医务人员”（X2=10．41，P〈0．05）、“网络”（X2=46．83，P〈0．01）上存在显著差异。；不同婚姻状况患者和不同性别患者在是否选择“与其他患者交流”上存在显著差异（x2=7．13，P〈0．05；X2=8．57，P〈0．05）；不同婚姻状况和不同告知情况的患者在是否选择“感染者组织”上差异有统计学意义（x2=8．22，P〈0．05；x2=14．36，P〈0．01）。结论应结合患者具体情况有针对性地给予心理支持和帮助。Objective To understand the mental health service demand of patients with ttlV/AIDS, to provide evidence for carrying out the mental health service work. Method The patients with HIV/AIDS in the management system of CDC were investigated with questionnaire. Result There were significant differences between different age groups in the global needs （ X 2=17.9, P〈0.01）, between different education level group in the choice of psychological counseling （ x 2=11.45, P〈0.05）; the choice of doctors and internet （ X 2=10.41, P〈0.05; X 2=46.83, P〈0.01）,between both different marriage statement groups and different gender groups in the choice of communicating with other patients （ X 2=8.22,P〈0.05; x 2=14.36 ,P〈0.01 ） and between both different marriage statement groups and different inform statement groups in the choice of infected patients organization （ X 2=8.22, P〈0.05; X 2=14.36, P〈0.01）.There were also significant differences between different education level groups in the choice of Conclusion It is worth considering the background information of patients while offering mental support and help.
