摘　　要：型号软件作坊式研发模式很难达到GJB5000A过程要求,软件工程真正要上台阶、上水平,会受到多种因素制约。作坊式研发模式构成了软件工程过程改进的"路径依赖",路径选择错误,沿着错误的路径向前走,走得越远,回到正确路径的难度越大。理想的解决方案是整个产品研发团队一起"贯标"。Software workshop of development is difficult to meet the requirements of the GJB5000A process, software engineering can be affected by many factors. Software engineering process improvement has the existence of path dependence. Path selection error, down the wrong path forward, the farther back on the right path,is more difficult. Implementation of GJB5000A software process improvemen by R ＆ D team is the ideal solution.
