四川省咨议局对四川保路运动的影响研究

摘　　要：清政府宣布川汉铁路收归国有政策之后,四川咨议局议员积极发动和组织了四川保路运动的前期筹备活动;但由于四川咨议局议员热衷于宪政改革,其政治改良倾向的局限性导致咨议局没能始终站在四川人民政治经济利益上与清政府开展彻底的革命斗争,未能成为四川保路运动的坚强领导;但四川咨议局议员仍然为四川保路运动的深入持久发展发挥了积极作用。After Qing Government declared nationalization of Chuan-Han Railway, members of Sichuan Consultative Bu reau initiated and organized pre-preparation activities. However, due to their enthusiasm in constitutional reform, the limita tions of their political innovation led to their failure to stand side by side with Sichuan people for their political and economic in terests and carry out a thorough struggle against Qing Government and hence lose their leadership in Sichuan Railway Protec tion Movement. Instead, they played a positive role in the deep and long Movement.
