摘  要:本文研究了决策信息以残缺不确定判断矩阵形式给出的群体决策问题。将残缺不确定区间互反判断矩阵转化为残缺不确定区间互补判断矩阵。基于COWA算子,定义了期望值函数,把残缺不确定区间互反判断矩阵转化成残缺实判断矩阵进行排序,减少了决策信息的丢失。利用IOWA算子来集结群体判断矩阵。最后通过算例说明了该方法的可行性和有效性。This paper studies the group decision making problems with various types of incomplete judgment matrices.The incomplete uncertain multiplicative judgment matrices are transformed into the incomplete uncertain complementary judgment matrices.The exception function is introduced based on the continuous ordered weighted averaging(COWA)operator and applied to transforming the incomplete uncertain complementa-ry judgment matrices into the incomplete crisp complementary judgment matrices.The concepts of compatibility index(CI)for two fuzzy preference relations are defined.Then an approach is proposed by utilizing the induced ordered weighted averaging(IOWA)operator for aggregating group experts' preferences.The more compatibility is the information provided by the expert,the higher the weighting value should be placed on that information.Finally,an illustrative example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and practicability of the proposed method.
