摘 要:工程项目的复杂性造成了工程风险的普遍性,风险管理是工程管理的主要内容。本文针对传统的工程风险管理与控制的不足,基于工程供应链的视角,立足于工程生命周期角度重新审视了工程风险。从系统的观点出发,工程供应链是一个复杂系统,可划分为供应商管理、供应链运作管理、"制造商"管理三个子系统,系统或子系统在系统内生因素和外生因素的干扰下会产生中断和延迟两种风险结果,因此共形成六种工程供应链风险组合。本文在建立了多维度风险识别框架的基础上,从上述六方面识别了工程供应链风险的来源,并提出了应对策略。The complexity of the project caused the universality of risks, and Risk Management is key problem in Construction Management. According to insufficient of traditional Risk Management , the paper re-examined Construction Risk from perspective of Construction Supply Chain(CSC) , based on the construction life cycle. CSC is a complex system, composed by three sub-systems: Supplier Management, Supply Chain Operation Man-agement and Manufacturers Management, and interruption and delayed risks are resulted by internal and external factors of system or sub-system, so there are six components of Construction Supply Chain Risk. In this paper, a framework of multidimensional identifying Construction Supply Chain Risk was built, risk sources are identified form the above six components and control strategies are proposed.
