男性生殖系畸形患儿肤纹的形态分析

摘　　要：目的探讨男性生殖系畸形患儿肤纹的形态特征,为该类疾病的遗传学研究提供资料。方法用油墨捺印法采集91例3岁以下男性生殖系畸形患儿的手部肤纹,通过与健康儿相对照,分析患儿肤纹的形态特征。结果患儿中桡箕出现率高于对照组,a～b嵴线数明显高于对照组,在掌褶类型、atd角、指纹总嵴线数(TFRC)方面与对照组无差异。结论男性生殖系畸形患者有独特的肤纹特征。Objective To investigate the dermatoglyph morphologic characteristics in children suffered from male reproductive system abnormity for offering genetic data about the disease.Methods 91 hand dermatoglyph samples from sick children who were younger than 3 years were collected with pressing down firmly,then compared with the healthy ones.Result 1.Frequency of radial loops and numbers of a^b ridge line in sick children is more than control group.2.About the type of palmar crease,atd angle,the frequency of fingerprint ridge line（TFRC）,no significant deviation was disclosed as contrasting two groups.Conclusion The sufferers with male reproductive system abnormity have distinct features about dermatoglyph.
