关于加强高校党外代表人士队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：加强党外代表人士队伍建设是新时期党中央巩固统一战线的重要战略任务,也是关系最广泛的爱国统一战线的巩固和发展的基础工程,意义重大而深远。高校的党外代表人士相对集中,是统一战线培养、选拔代表人士的源头和重要基地。因此,大力加强高校党外人士队伍建设是高校统战工作一项十分迫切的任务。本文着重对高校党外代表人士建设的重要性、特征、存在的主要问题、建设途径等方面进行思考、探索、阐述。Strengthen the non-party personages team building the new era an important strategic task of the Party Central Committee to consolidate the united front,but also the most extensive patriotic united front to consolidate and develop the basic engineering is of great significance and far-reaching.The university’s non-party representative of the relative concentration of the united front training,selection on behalf of the source and an important base for.Therefore,great efforts to strengthen the ranks of college non-Party personages college united front work in a very urgent task.This article focuses on the importance of colleges and universities outside the party on behalf of the person construction characteristics,the main problems,building ways to think,explore and elaborate.
