摘　　要：美国汉学家周蕾运用本雅明关于收藏者的理论解读老舍短篇小说《恋》,并通过对两者的互文性解读,展开对以下命题的剖析和论述:恋物的本质,《恋》的人物特征、心理冲突,老舍和本雅明对于"物"之思的异同,忠诚的命题及其生发出的取舍之精神实质、儒家传统道德观念与爱国主义等。她为中西比较文学的双向阐释在现实语境中如何操作提供了一个创造性范例。American sinologist Rey Chow interpreted Lao She’s short story ＂Lian＂（＂Attachment＂） by using Walt Benjamin’s theory on collectors,and developed the interpretations of following themes on the basis of inter-textuality of above two texts： the essence of Fetish,the characters and psychological collision of ＂Attachment＂,the differences and similarities between Lao She’s and Benjamin’s pondering on the ＂object＂,the concept ＂fidelity＂ and its extending problems such as choice among the objects,life and Confucian teaching of＂She Sheng Qu Yi＂ and even the topic of patriotism.She provided a creative model for how to manage with the realistic contexts.
