摘　　要：对现代性导致的人生存空间的异常逼仄以及科技进步导致的精神萎缩的人文关怀在厄普代克的《兔子四部曲》中流布。现代人摆脱自然、社会和精神生态危机的出路在于:与物化的现实世界保持距离,恢复构建和谐的生态自我人格,从而实现对生存危机的审美超越。In Updike＇s Rabbit Tetralogy there spreads the humanistic concern over the extremely narrow existence space for life due to modernity and the spiritual atrophy due to the progress in science and technology. The way out for modern men of the crises in natural, social and spiritual ecology is to keep a distance from the materialized real world and regain the construction of harmonious and ecological selbpersonality in order to realize the aesthetic transcendence over the existential crisis.
