摘　　要：金属的强度、韧性、塑性等力学性能和其晶粒度关系密切,但金属组织的晶粒度很难得到量化分析。文章采用MATLAB对金相组织的晶粒度图进行分析,研究了MATLAB图像处理中数据统计和傅里叶分析对金相图像晶粒度的适用情况,为量化处理金相图像晶粒度提供一种方法。The mechanical properties of metals, such as strength, toughness, plasticity, are closely related to their grain sizes, but it is difficult to get quantified analysis of the grain size of metallic organization. This paper uses MATLAB to analyze the grain size images of some metallic organizations, and study the applicability of data statistics and Fourier analysis in MATLAB image process for metallographic image grain size, thereby providing a method for quantitatively processing metallographic image grain size.
