摘 要:采用四种毛细管柱分析了松脂液催化加氢产物的化学组成 ,比较了它们之间的分离效果 ,其中BP× 5化学结合相熔凝硅石毛细管柱 (30m× 0 .32mm)对顺式、反式蒎烷的分离效果最好。由气 质联用、标样及相对保留时间相结合进行定性 ,归一法及内标法进行定量 ,当以正十二烷作内标物时 ,顺、反蒎烷的校正因子分别为0 .890 9、0 .896 5,两种定量方法的分析结果误差小于 3%。Components in catalytic hydrogenation product of pine gum were analyzed by GC with four kinds of capillaries to compare their separating effect.The separating effect on cis pinane and trans pinane was the best with a 30 m×0.32 mm,BP×5 boned phase,fused silica capillary colunm.The identity of the components was established by comparison of their GC MS fragmentation patterns with those of authentic samples,the percentage of each component was determined by area normalization and internal standard method.Correction factor of cis and trans pinane was 0.8909 and 0.8965 respectively,using dodecane as internal standard.Relative error between two quantitative analyses was less than 3 %.
