摘 要:建立了菌核净残留的气相色谱分析法,并采用该方法测定了菌核净在生菜和土壤中的残留量。结果显示,菌核净在生菜、土壤中的最小检出浓度为0.002 mg/kg,平均添加回收率为96.0%~101.0%,变异系数为1.3%~2.8%。残留动态研究表明,菌核净在生菜、土壤中半衰期为6.2、11.4d。40%(质量分数)菌核净可湿性粉剂在生菜定植初期以低剂量(600g/hm2)和高剂量(1 200g/hm2)施药3~4次,距最后一次施药21d后菌核净的残留量小于0.70mg/kg。The gas chromatography method for determining dimethachlone was developed and the residual concentration of dimethachlone in lettuce and soil was detected.The results indicated that the minimum detectable concentration of dimethachlone by the method was 0.002 mg/kg in lettuce and soil,the average recovery rate of dimethachlone in lettuce and soil samples ranged from 96.0% to 101.0% with the relative standard deviation ranged from 1.3% to 2.8%.The half-life of dimethachlone in lettuce and soil was 6.2 d and 11.4 d,respectively.The 40% dimethachlone WP were applied with the dosage of 600 and 1 200 g/hm2 for 3 or 4 times in stage of lettuce initial transplantation,after 21 days application,the residue of dimethachlone in lettuce and soil was less than 0.70 mg/kg.
