推拿综合疗法治疗单纯性肥胖病多中心随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的研究推拿综合疗法治疗单纯性肥胖病(脾虚痰滞证)的诊疗规范,形成适合在各级医疗单位推广的治疗单纯性肥胖病的中医推拿综合规范技术。方法将140例单纯性肥胖病患者采用平行对照、区组随机、多中心临床试验设计方法分为治疗组、对照组各70例,试验组为推拿综合组,对照组为单纯推拿组,观察2组治疗前后体质量指数、腰围、腰臀围比的变化。结果试验组疗效明显优于对照组,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论推拿综合疗法对单纯性肥胖病(脾虚痰滞证)有较好的疗效。Objective It is to explore the diagnosis and treatment guidelines for simple obesity disease （spleen deficiency and phlegm stasis type） to make a comprehensive and standard skills of manipulation which are suitable to be extended in ev- ery grade of medical treatment unit. Methods 140 cases of patients with simple obesity disease were divided into test group treated with comprehensive therapy and manipulation and control group treated with manipulation only by a block randomized, parallel control and multi-center clinical experiment design method, with 70 cases in each group. The changes of body mass index（BMI） , waist to hip ratio and waistline before and after treatment were observed. Results The curative effect of test group was significantly better than that of control group, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment with comprehensive therapy and manipulation has a good curative effect on simple obesity disease （spleen deficiency and phlegm stasis type）.
