摘  要:对神木煤进行了流化床煤温和气化研究 ,考察了氧化铁、碳酸钾对煤温和气化产物产率、气体组成、半焦组成的影响。试验结果表明 :添加氧化铁后 ,煤气中 H2 产率显著增加 ,CO产率明显下降。添加碳酸钾后 ,H2 产率增幅较小 ,CO、CH4及其它气态烃产率基本不变 ,表明碳酸钾对烃类裂解反应无明显催化作用。通过对所得半焦组成分析 ,发现添加碳酸钾所得半焦中硫、氮含量比原煤热解半焦有所增加 ,添加氧化铁所得半焦中硫、氮含量无明显变化。Atmospheric pressure mild gasification of shenmu bituminous coal, in which the potassium carbonate and iron oxide is presence, was studied over the temperature range 450℃~750℃ in a fluidized bed. The resuets of experiments indicated that the iron oxide siginifcantly increased hydrogen yield while decreased CO yield. Slightly increase of hydrogen yield was found with potassium carbonate, but CO, CH_4 and other alkanes yields kept constant at the same time. It was obvious that the potassium carbonate had not clear catalytic effect on cracking reaction of heavy alkanes. Char was the major product from mild gasification. The presence of the potassium carbonate reseulted the increase in the sulfure and the nitrogen in the char. But the content change of the sulfure and the nitroen in the char was not obivous when the iron oxide was added.
