摘  要:目的探讨动力髁加螺栓治疗股骨髁间髁上粉碎性骨折的优势。方法本组120例股骨髁上髁间骨折的病例,按AO分类,C1型20例,C2型80例,C3型20例,均采用动力髁加螺栓进行治疗。结果随访8~32个月,120例骨折全部愈合,平均愈合时间4个月,按Noyes的评分标准评定膝关节功能,优40例,良70例,可10例,优良率达91.6%。结论动力髁加螺栓治疗股骨髁间髁上骨折是目前有效选择之一,但术中应注意解剖复位,牢固固定及术后早期功能锻炼等避免膝内外翻与下肢短缩旋转畸形、撞击综合征、膝关节僵硬、骨性关节炎及骨不连或骨愈合延迟的发生。Objective To investigate the advantages of the treatment of intercondylar or supracondylar comminuted fracture of the femoral with DCS and screw nut. Methods 120 cases of the fresh intercondylar or supracondylar fracture of the femoralwere treated with DCS and screw nut. According to AO classification system, there were 20 cases of type C1, 80 cases of type C2, and 20 cases of type C3. Results All the 120 cases were followed up for 8 to 32 months. All the fractures healed and the mean fracture union time was 4 months. According to Noyes knee score code, 40 were rated as excellent, 70 good, 10 fair, and 0 poor. The ex- cellent and good rate was 91.6%. Conclusion The treatment of intercondylar or supracondylar fracture of the femoralwith DCS and Screw nut is one of the effective methods. But enough care should be paid to the anatomic reduction, rigid fixation and early functional exercises so as to prevent the inversion and eversion deformation of the knee, shortness and rotation deformation of the leg, knee ankylosis, osteoarthritis, struck syndrome, nonunion and delayed union.
