摘　　要：目的:探讨创建优质护理示范病房的方法与成效。方法:先后确立6个科室为试点病房,从改变护理服务理念和护理工作模式,增强护理人力资源、加强基础护理、落实"护士床边工作制"、强化健康教育,评估护理服务效果,完善绩效考核制度等方面进行探索,创建和完善优质护理示范病房。结果:实施优质护理服务后,患者对护士工作满意度由90.88%上升到99.83%;呼叫率由66.85%下降到16.36%;陪护率及自聘护工率由97.56%下降到69.26%;患者对健康知识知晓率由82.36%上升到97.58%;护士自我满意度由79.08%提高到了93.02%;医生对护士工作的满意度由76.06%提高到了94.05%;无投诉率及护理并发症的发生。结论:通过创建优质护理示范病房,可以提高患者、家属、医护人员的满意度,提高整体护理质量,达到患者、社会和政府三满意。Objective： To explore the methods and effectiveness of creating high-quality care demonstration ward.Method：Has established six departments for the pilot unit to change the philosophy of care services and the mode of care, enhancing nursing human resources, strengthening basic care, the implementation of the nurse bedside working to strengthen health education, assess the effect of nursing services, and improve the performance appraisal system and other aspects to explore, create and improve quality care demonstration ward.Result：Patients after the implementation of the job satisfaction of nurses has increased by 90.88% to 99.83%;call rate down from 66.85% to 16.36%;accompanying rate and self-employed care workers decreased from 97.56% to 69.26%;patients health awareness rate increased from 82.36% to 97.58%;nurse self-satisfaction from 79.08% to 93.02%;doctor＇ s nurses work satisfaction increased from 76.06% to 94.05%;complaints and care the incidence of complications.Concluslon：By creating high-quality care demonstration wards so that patients, their families, medical staff satisfaction improved significantly improve the overall quality of care to patients, society and government three satisfaction.
