低旋转点腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足跟部软组织缺损的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：总结采用低旋转点腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足跟部软组织缺损的方法及疗效。方法：2007年3月-2010年9月利用低旋转点腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复13例足跟部软组织缺损。结果：术后12例皮瓣均完全成活,1例远端边缘部分坏死,通过换药愈合。患者术后随访时间1-4年。皮瓣外形、颜色良好,负重行走正常,皮瓣无窦道、溃疡等并发症发生。结论：低旋转点腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣是修复足跟部软组织缺损的有效方法之一。Objective：To summary method and curative effect about lower rotating point sural neurocutaneous vascular flap in repairing soft tissue defect of heel.Method ：From March 2007 to September 2010, we milized lower rotating point sural neurocutaneous vascular flap to repairing 13 cases of heel wound.Result ：12 patients＇ flap all survived, and only 1 case of superficial part of flap edge necrosis, delayed healing after dressing change. Followed up for 1 to 4 years, flap shape and color were satisfactory.The flap didn＇t have complications of fistula and ulcer.Conclusion ：Lower rotating point sural neurovascular vascular flap is the effective method to repair soft tissue defects of foot.
