二甲双胍联合诺和锐30治疗2型糖尿病38例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨二甲双胍联合诺和锐30治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的临床疗效。方法:对38例二甲双胍联合诺和锐30治疗的T2DM患者进行临床回顾性总结分析。治疗3个月,观察治疗前后甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAIc)的变化。结果:治疗3个月后,TG、FBG、2hBG及HbAIc均显著下降(P<0.001)。治疗期间3例出现低血糖,5例轻度胃肠道反应,但均未停药。结论:二甲双胍与诺和锐30联合治疗T2DM控制高血糖效果明显,且不良反应少,还能弥补单用胰岛素引起的体重增加,胰岛素用量减少,值得临床推广。Objective ：To discuss the curative effect of metformin and Novomix30 united to use for the patient of T2DM.Method ：38 cases of T2DM with the cure of metformin and Novomix30 united were analyzed retrospectively.After 3 months of cure, the change oftriglyceride, FBG, 2hBG and HBAlc were observed before and after cure.Result ：After 3 months of cure, triglyceride, FBG. 2 hBG and HBAlc fall significantly（P〈0.001）. In course of cure, 3 cases appear hypoglycemia, 5 cases appear digestive tract reaction, but non of the cases stop cure.Conclusion ：The effect of metformin and Novomix30 united to use for T2DM to control blood sugar is clearly, the adverse reaction is a few, the method can recuperate gain weight by use insulin only and the dosage of insulin is reduced, it is worth generalized in clinic.
