摘 要:目的:观察磷酸肌酸钠(CP)治疗新生儿胎粪吸入综合征心肌损害的临床效果。方法:选取2009-2011年在笔者所在医院进行治疗的胎粪吸入综合征心肌损害的新生儿患者100例,通过计算机随机分组的方式将其随机分为试验组(A组)和对照组(B组),每组50例,其中A、B两组在同时给予常规对症综合治疗的基础上,A组患者再通过静脉注入的方式加入磷酸肌酸钠(CP)进行治疗,而B组则是通过静脉注入1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)的方式进行治疗,两组患者均治疗1个疗程(7d),1个疗程后观察两组患者的症状、体征及心肌酶变化,并将两组的总体治疗有效率进行对比。结果:经过1个疗程的治疗后A组患者的心肌酶谱中磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)、羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDB)、乳酸脱氢酶同工酶(LDH)的下降程度与治疗前相比要远远大于B组与治疗前的比较。A组患者的总体治疗有效率也要远远大于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CP治疗新生儿胎粪吸入综合征心肌损害较目前流行的采用1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)的方式进行治疗的临床效果要更显著,值得临床推广。Objective :To observation the curative effect of sodium phosphocreatine in the treatment of meconium aspiration syndrome myocardial damage in 100 case of neonate.Methods :100 cases of neonatal patients with meconium aspiration syndrome myocardial damage from 2009-2011 in author's hospital, through computer random manner, were randomly divided into experimental group (A group) and control group (B group), each group had 50 cases, when A, B two group at the same time given based on the conventional symptomatic treatment, A group injected through vein joining the ereatine phosphate sodium (CP) for treatment, while in B group by intravenous injection of 1, 6 fructose diphospha (FDP) approach for treatment, the patients of two groups were treated with a course (7 day), after a course of treatment, the myocardial enzyme changes, symptom and signs of two groups were observed, and the overall treatment effectiveness was compared between the two groups.Results :A group of patients with myocardial enzyme spectrum in phosphoric acid creatine kinase isozymes (CK-MB), phosphocreatine kinase(CK), hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (HBDB), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) decline compared with before treatment was much larger than the B group before treatment with comparison.Overall treatment efficiency of patients in the A group was much larger than the B group, with statistical value (P〈0.05).Conclusion :The clinical therapeutic effect of CP treatment of neonatal meconium aspiration syndrome myocardial impairment is more significant than the currently popular using 1, 6 fructose diphosphate (FDP) approach, worthy of clinical application.
