摘 要:目的:观察持续皮下胰岛素注射(CSII)和多次皮下胰岛素注射(MDI)对2型糖尿病强化治疗的临床疗效。方法:将2型糖尿病患者随机分为CSII组和MDI组,CSII组患者采用持续皮下胰岛素注射治疗,MDI组患者采用多次皮下胰岛素注射治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后血清胆固醇、血糖、甘油三酯变化,同时比较两组胰岛素用量、血糖达标所需要时间和低血糖发生率。结果:CSII组与MDI组比较血清胆固醇和甘油三酯均有明显改善,两组患者胰岛素用量、血糖达标所需时间和低血糖发生率等比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CSII法和MDI法对2型糖尿病患者强化治疗均有效,但CSII更能节省胰岛素用量,有效控制血糖,降低低血糖发生率。Objective :Comparison of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion (CSII) and multiple subcutaneous insulin injections (MDI) to strengthen the clinical efficacy of treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods :Patients were randomly divided into the CSII group and MDI group.CSII group were treated with continuous subcutaneous insulin injection therapy, MDI group were treated with multiple subcutaneous insulin injections.Observed patients changes in serum cholesterol, blood glucose, triglycerides, while compared in patients with the time required by the dosage of insulin, insulin dosage and the incidence of hypoglycemia.Results :CSII group and MDI group contrast to serum cholesterol and triglycerides were significantly improved.The two groups were compared in terms of the time required by the dosage of insulin, insulin dosage and the incidence of hypoglycemia statistically significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion : Two groups intensive treatment of type 2 diabetes are both effective.The CSII better save the amount of insulin to control blood sugar, reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
