摘　　要：牡丹江市医疗保险谈判已经取得了成功尝试:血透患者的个人自付比例下降到10%,一年减轻医疗费用负担9500元,器官移植患者术后需长年服用的机体抗排斥用药晓悉的价格下降20%,等等。但谈判机制的应用并未成为管理常态,其规范化、系统化还有待于进一步完善,谈判意识有待加强,谈判对象有待拓宽,谈判内容有待深化,谈判形式有待多样化。Mudanjiang Health Medical Insurance negotiation has made successful attempts： the hem dialysis patients paid in proportion dropped to 10%, yearly alleviated the burden of medical costs 9,500 Yuan. Organ transplant patients need taking anti-rejection medicine names XIAO XI years after surgery, while the price of XIAO XI already decreased by 20%, and so on. However, the application of negotiation system has not become a management norm, its standardization, and its systemization also need be to be improved. Meanwhile, negotiation awareness needs to be strengthened, negotiation objects need to be widened, negotiation contents need to be deepened, and the negotiations formats need to be diversified.
