小儿急性肠套叠的高频超声诊断分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高频超声对小儿急性肠套叠的诊断价值和临床意义。方法对临床可疑急性肠套叠的57例小儿患者行高频超声检查,对确诊者在超声引导下采用0.9%NaCl溶液灌肠复位治。结果 53例经高频超声准确诊断,彩超的符合率93.0%(53/57);漏误诊4例。特征性超声图像表现:"同心圆"征或"靶环"征,"套筒"征或"假肾"征等。经确诊患者成功行灌肠复位治疗。结论高频超声不仅是早期诊断小儿急性肠套叠的有效方法,还可指导其行灌肠复位治疗,有重要的价值,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the diagnostic value and clinical significance of high-frequency ultrasound in children with acute intussusception.Methods 57 pediatric patients suspected acute intussusception was checked in the high-frequency ultrasound.Under ultrasound guidance,all cases diagnosed with acute intussusception were given enema treatment with 0.9% NaCl solution.Results 53 cases were detected by high frequency ultrasonography and the accuracy was 93.0%（53/57）;fou cases of misdiagnosis.The typical imaging characteristics： concentric circles sign or target ring sign,sleeve sign or false kidney sign,and so on.All patients diagnosed were carried out successfully.Conclusions The high-frequency ultrasound is not only an effective method of early diagnosis of children with acute intussusception,but also to guide the line enema therapy,with an important value,and worthy of clinical application.
