摘  要:文章以高碑店项目联合循环机组生产试制为背景,详细介绍了300MW联合循环机组高中压外缸的结构特点,并在此基础上对高中压外缸进行工艺性分析。同时,文章阐述了高中压外缸加工中的各项技术难题,并提出了相应工艺措施,实现了高碑店联合循环机组高中压外缸经济、高效加工;提出水压试验堵板新结构以实现缸体内堵板预紧,设计了详细的升、降压曲线,实现了高碑店联合循环机组高中压外缸水压试验一次成功。In the background of the trial production of the combined cycle unit of Gaobeidian project,this paper introduced the structure characteristics and the technical difficulties in the processing of HIP outer casing of 300MW combined cycle unit.The manufacturing processes of HIP outer casing were analyzed,the appropriate process measures were put forward to achieve higher processing efficiency as well.Because new structure of hydrostatic test tooling and the chart of rasing or depressing pressure were designed for hydrostatic test,the hydrostatic test of the HIP outer casing were completed at the first time successfully.
