摘  要:为研究软性材料的HTPB固体火箭推进剂的断裂韧性,采用多试样方法和J积分测试法,综合运用高速显微摄像,跟踪观测了含裂纹拉伸试样的启裂点.采用最小二乘法处理推进剂材料力学性能的离散性,测定了单边穿透裂纹拉伸试样启裂J积分值,该值为1.852 3kJ/m2.试验表明,HTPB固体火箭推进剂裂纹尖端的钝化现象明显,高速显微摄像可以清晰拍摄到钝化和启裂过程.HTPB固体火箭推进剂的断裂参数离散性大,启裂点位置、启裂点载荷和断裂能数值离散,采用最小二乘法进行拟合处理得到了较为合理的临界J积分值.To study the fracture toughness of hydroxyl-terminated polybutadience( HTPS) solid rocket propellant of soft material,the multi-sample method and J-testing method were applied to obtain the crack initiation J-integral. The basis of the method and the experimental procedure adopted were described. The crack initiation points of single edge notched tension (SENT) specimens were determined from the video taken by high-speed microscope camera, and the initiation J-integral value was obtained as Jc is 1. 852 3 kJ/m2. The experimental results show that the passivation phenomenon of crack-tip was obvious,and the crack passivation and initiation process can be taken clearly by the high-speed microscope camera. The discrete data of load, displacement value and the fracture energy at crack initiation points were well fitted by use of leastsquares method, and the reasonable critical J-integral value was obtained.
