摘　　要：对城市学生体育素养的研究,是基于我国全面推进素质教育而提出的命题。体育素养的整体提升,是国人在体育的认知和行为这两方面发生质变的关键。我国现阶段国情特征反映出,城市学生的体育教育区别于农村,构成较大的考察面。以城市学生的体育素养的各项评价指标及指标之间的关系及规律为研究对象,使用理论筛选、预调查与实践相结合、特尔斐法和AHP层次分析法等多种定性、定量研究方法,分别在我国较有代表性的城市展开调查,摸索具有共性的理论总结,研究评价城市学生体育素养的指标,从而科学、系统地反映城市学生体育素养。On account of comprehensive advancing quality education, there is the research of city students＇ physical education attainment. To overall success the P. E. attainment is the key to national qualitative change in physical culture at cognition and behavior. The features in current China＇ s national conditions reflected the difference between city students＇ P.E. attainment than that of village students ,which makes it a major field. This study took the evaluating indicator and the rela- tionships between the index of city students＇ P. E. attainment as object, used a combination of the screening theory, investi- gation unite with practice, Delphology and AHP, open investigation over several typical cities, tried to find out generality summary theories and equal evaluating indicator to reflect city students＇ P.E. attainment scientifically and systematically.
